Job Description

Position Overview:

We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Manager of Program Development and Quality to lead our educational programs to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of strategic and operational experience, with a proven record of developing and scaling educational programs. This role oversees a diverse team responsible for the creation, and implementation of our content and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

·Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the teams of Developers, Learning Content Writers, Content and Curriculum Coordinators, and Learning Design Consultants.

·Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for program development that aligns with institutional objectives and market demands.

·Ensure the highest standards of academic quality and integrity across all learning content and platforms.

·Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of technological and educational components.

·Continuously analyze program effectiveness, collecting and utilizing data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.

·Work closely with Learning Design Consultants to ensure course materials are pedagogically sound and engaging.

·Stay current with industry trends and emerging educational technologies to maintain and enhance our competitive edge.

·Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Program Development and Quality team.


Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business or related field. Master’s or higher preferred.

·Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

·Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects.

·Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

·In-depth understanding of educational technologies, instructional design principles, and quality assurance processes.

·Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
