Job Description
Golden Town Apples is a small plant of under 30 employees that work together as a team to achieve great success.


The Production Worker position (fulltime) will be responsible for operating the production equipmet during prodution.We are currently seeking applicants for a fulltime position for our afternoon/evening shift reporting directly to the Production Manager.


Key Activities


  • Operate machinery with attention to Health and Safety requirements.


Required Education And Experience


  • Previous experience in food manufacturing envirnmoent is an asset
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act as it relates to operating equipment


Required Technical Competencies


  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast paced production environment.
  • Physical effort requires a high degree of manual dexterity, hand eye coordination for operation of equipment.
  • Some Physical effort requires lifting, pushing, pulling (as per health & safety guidelines) on a regular basis and significant walking, bending and standing.


Required Experience


Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in the forklift operations, preferably in a food or beverage setting


Shift Details


Afternoon/evening may require extended work hours during production season.
