BCMA Technology is looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong analytical, communication and leadership communication skills. The product manager will understand technology at a deep level and can interact with the development team and the business to define and drive the technology strategy.

Responsibilities


  • Working with development teams to review product roadmap and requirements.
  • Provide user training, solicit feedback, and drive systems adoption using calculated user behavior metrics.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including applications notes, product/release notes, user guides, presentations, and marketing content.
  • Mapping current and future global process flows, implement process improvements, and propose opportunities for automation.
  • Help coordinate the design (UX) of our applications and facilitate rapid feedback and testing sessions for business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality.
  • Working with investment bankers to gain an in-depth understanding of how our BCMA business serves its clients.
  • Partner with various business lines to prioritize technology efforts, manage tactical projects and implement process improvements.
  • Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weakness.


In addition to the above responsibilities, senior position responsibilities also include:


  • Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
  • Own success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions. Mentoring other PMs helping ensure the success of the deliverable.
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • As a lead product manager, analyse and collaborate solutions and strategies with the team and provide the optimum solution for our stakeholders.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and inquisitive with an interest in Investment Banking and Capital Markets.
  • 6+ years of product management experience and a good understanding of technical architecture.
  • Ability to drive strategy and use both data and judgement to make critical decisions on behalf of technology and the business.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
