The Role:
As a Product & Brand Strategist, you will develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, conduct market research, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead impactful brand activation campaigns. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the business and product teams to deeply understand our market positioning and drive the implementation and evolution of Neo's content strategy,
What you’ll be doing:

• Lead brand activation campaigns and initiatives to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Analyze brand performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop brand assets, including logos, typography, and colour palettes.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform brand strategy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Develop brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all touch points.
• Develop and execute brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience leading brand activation campaigns and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong project management skills
• Experience conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
• Experience as a brand strategist or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand positioning, and messaging.
• Experience developing brand guidelines and standards.
• Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing brand work and processes.
