Job Description
Job Purpose


Job summary:


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and a passion for ensuring our buildings are maintained to the highest standards. They will be responsible for overseeing maintenance schedules, managing maintenance staff and working with contractors to complete upgrades and renovations.


Main responsibilities:


  • Keep abreast of developments in building maintenance and upgrades, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for our buildings, including routine inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, contractors and suppliers.
  • Manage a team of maintenance personnel, including training, scheduling and performance management.
  • Develop and manage a budget for building maintenance and upgrades.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and upgrade work, including costs and times.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.
  • Monitor building systems and equipment, identify potential problems and take proactive measures to resolve them.
  • Work with contractors to carry out upgrades and renovations, ensuring that all work is carried out to our specifications.
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in a timely and cost effective manner.
