Description du poste:

Le candidat devra remplir les tâches suivantes :

• Dimensionnement des tuyauteries et canalisations
• Comparaison des soumissions
• Gestion des listes des lignes de tuyauteries, des vannes manuelles et des raccordements
• Ingénieur de procédé sur divers mandats allant des études d'ordre de grandeur aux projets d'ingénierie de détail.
• Produire des schémas de tuyauteries et instrumentations procédés (P&ID) (intelligents en utilisant AutoCAD P&ID)
• Développer les critères de conception du processus
• Effectuer des calculs de pompes à l'aide de Pipe-FLO
• Produire des bilans de masse et d'énergie (en utilisant CADSIM Plus ou WinGems)
• Produire les spécifications techniques des demandes d'équipement

:

The candidate will fulfil the following tasks:

• Produce P&IDs (intelligent using AutoCAD P&ID)
• Perform comparison of tenders
• Produce technical equipment enquiry specifications
• Develop process design criteria
• Process engineer on various mandates ranging from order of magnitude studies to detail engineering projects
• Perform pump calculations using Pipe-FLO
• Produce mass & energy balances (using CADSIM Plus or WinGems)
• Pipeline sizing
• Manage Line, manual valve and tie-in lists

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Expérience avec les systèmes de vapeur et de condensat, d'air comprimé, de produits chimiques et de gaz naturel.
• Membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Connaître idéalement les procédés des pâtes et papiers

Qualifications:

• Experience with steam & condensate, compressed air, chemicals and natural gas systems
• Ideally familiar with the Pulp and paper processes
• Member of OIQ
