Position Summary

At Eagle Builders LP, we’re not just pouring concrete; we’re crafting the future. We’re inviting you to be part of our hardworking and dedicated team as a Precast Concrete Pouring Crew Member, where you’ll play a pivotal role in constructing the infrastructure and buildings that shape our world.

You will work with a crew to pour concrete into prepared forms, working to ensure the concrete is evenly distributed and free from air pockets. Your crew will use various tools and techniques to finish and smooth the concrete’s surface including but not limited to power trowels, floats, and other finishing tools.

• Troubleshoot problems and report to the supervisor
• Prepared to work hands-on and receive on- the job training
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Cleaning and pouring concrete, other tasks related to the production of precast concrete
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Safely operate a variety of power and hand tools
• Assist with the production of a variety of precast products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Ability to safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Available to work Monday - Friday
• Available to work evening shifts, 12 hours/shift
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs and comfortable working at heights with proper safety restraints
• Minimum of 44 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
• Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation
• Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta
