Portrait Artist Jobs

We are seeking a talented artist to assist our youth organization as a portrait artist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating simple 5-minute portraits of participants, with the artists keeping all the proceeds from the participants.

This one-day event will be hosted at the City Centre Community Centre by the BETA-U Youth team on June 10, from 12 PM – 4PM:

Responsibilities:

• Collect payments (You Get to Keep Them)
• Drawing simple portraits of participants within a 5-minute timeframe. (Style Does Not Matter)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure participants feel comfortable and at ease during the portrait session.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in portrait art or similar artistic endeavours is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with participants of diverse backgrounds and age groups.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments.
• Proficient artistic skills with the ability to quickly capture likeness and express individual personalities.
