Food & Beverage Server
Are you looking to have fun in the sun this summer, by the Lake, with the best view of the CN tower in all of Toronto? We are recruiting for Part-time Food and Beverage Server, responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Server will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings, and help create a Cabana lifestyle at the Radisson Blu's outdoor swimming pool and lounge area. You will assist in making sure our Hotel Guests and Day-pass guests are enjoying the best views of the City and Lake, while relaxing by the pool in the sun. This role will be available from June 1st to Mid-September.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues;
• Ensure that floor stations are stocked and tidy at all times;
• Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner;
• Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages in conjunction with licensing/liquor regulations for residents and non-residents;
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
• Ensure knowledge of the menu and all products;
• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner;
• Adhere to hotel grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene;

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Previous experience in cash handling;
• Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry;
