Part-Time Zoho One Expert For Canadian Immigration Services

We are a Canadian Immigration Services company looking for a seasoned Zoho One Expert to enhance and optimize our already customized Zoho applications suite. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in configuring, managing, and improving Zoho CRM, Books, and other related apps.
This position requires a commitment of 1-2 hours per week, with the project duration expected to be up to 3 months.
Responsibilities:
1. Customize and integrate Zoho apps to suit our specific business needs.
2. Handle data migration, ensuring data cleanliness and structure.
3. Set up reporting systems for insightful business analytics.
4. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system updates.
5. Ensure all customizations and data handling comply with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Automate business processes to improve efficiency.
7. Optimize our sales funnel and customer conversion rate.
8. Implement and leverage Zoho’s built-in AI features.
9. Enhance Zoho One suite security, managing roles, permissions, and data safety.
10. Build custom apps using Zoho Creator tailored to our business needs.
11. Assist in optimizing our email marketing strategies using Zoho Campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Zoho One suite (Zoho CRM, Books, etc.)
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in the immigration services field.
• Proficiency in data management and migration.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical issues.
• Familiarity with Canadian immigration laws and regulations is a plus.
