Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Operations Project Manager to lead the design, documentation, and proposal of tailored e-commerce and order management solutions for clients using our platforms. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying process inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and driving cost reductions within our internal operations while delivering effective solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

Client Solutions

• Develop creative and strategic solutions leveraging our platform's capabilities to meet client needs effectively.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, challenges, and growth objectives.

Solution Proposal & Documentation

• Create comprehensive documentation, including system workflows, and integration plans for proposed solutions.
• -Present proposals to clients, sales representatives and account managers in a clear manner, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
• Craft well-structured and compelling proposals outlining proposed e-commerce and order fulfillment solutions, including features, benefits, and potential outcomes.

Platform Expertise

• Stay updated on platform updates, capabilities, and best practices to maximize solution effectiveness.
• Gain deep familiarity with our e-commerce platform and order management system features, functionalities, and integrations to effectively propose tailored solutions.

Project Management

• Lead the execution of approved solutions and assigned key operational projects, coordinating with internal technology and operations teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address any obstacles to ensure successful outcomes.

Process Efficiency Improvement

• Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and reduce operational costs.

Cost Reduction Initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction within internal processes, from procurement to fulfillment.
• Implement data-driven solutions to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and service standards.

Performance Metrics & Reporting

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the success of implemented solutions and process improvements.
• Regularly analyze data and generate reports to showcase improvements, cost savings, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing support.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align proposed solutions with clients' business goals.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on new processes, tools, and improvements, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse types of data sets
• Operations Management, E-commerce, Business or a related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Project management expertise, with a track record of successful solution implementation.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies.
• Extensive experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and industry trends.
• Experience in cost reduction initiatives and process optimization.
• Proficiency in documenting technical solutions and process workflows.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to develop and utilize metrics to drive decision-making.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, solution design, and process improvement.

Technical Qualifications

• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience
• MS Access or SQL knowledge is considered an asset
• Experience with Shopify and Promobullit e-commerce platforms as well as Spire account software considered an asset
