Job Title: Operations and Analytical Credit Support

Location : Toronto, ON

Job Type : Contract

Summary

In this role you will be providing operations and analytical support for RBC Employee Corporate Card program.Working with the corporate card suppliers you will monitor the operations of card program, manage card delinquencies, and respond to mailbox card inquiries.

·Support the day to day activities related to the management of RBC Corporate Card Operations

·Oversee and manage the corporate cards delinquency program

·Monitor and address mailbox enquiries

·Assisting with analysis and financial performance review by collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data

·Webforms/new Card – investigation, troubleshot, enquires related to new card, applications etc

·Identifying and investigating service-related problems. Implementing or escalating corrections as appropriate.

Skill / Experience

·Good understanding knowledge of credit cards program operations

·Strong oral and written communication skills

·Strong customer service skills able to effectively interact with senior management and key suppliers

·Proficient in Microsoft office

·Problem solver able to analyze and bring forward data driven recommendations

·Experience / supported global processes

·Nice to have – understanding of Concur Expense Program
