Job Summary

We are seeking a Non-Metallic Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Support Department (GMSD). The GMSD is responsible for providing the technical consultations, operational support and troubleshooting, benchmarking, building strategies, business planning, and conducting assessment in the areas of safety and environmental compliance, cyber security, advance process control and optimizations, energy and electrical efficiency, process engineering, reliability and maintenance, operational excellence etc. GMSD is also instrumental to the implementation of digital transformation program of This Company. Your primary role is to provide technical support to operating facilities, projects, technology deployment, and talent development of new Non-Metallic engineers. You will conduct special studies and analyses in a specialized Non-Metallic programs and New Technologies deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Non-Metallic programs
  • Participate in Asset Integrity enhancement by injecting Non-Metallic concept and technology to replace conventional steel
  • Review and approve recommended solutions for Non-Metallic asset and coating failures
  • Develop and implement Non-Metallic technologies deployment roadmap
  • Scout and lead field trials of Non-Metallic Technologies
  • Develop scope and description of technology items, and lead field implementation
  • Review design packages and validate materials selection based on current code and standards
  • Develop and transfer knowledge about the use of coating, Non-Metallic Technologies, Deployment and best practices
  • Participate in HAZOP review sessions and ensure that all issues are addressed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Materials or Mechanical major is required
  • Willing to relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent skills in dealing with Microsoft Office program are required
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as report writing skills are required
  • Knowledge of international standards and codes NACE, ASME, API and ASTM is required
  • Minimum of 11 years' experience processing in Oil/Gas Industry as Non-Metallic Engineer is required
