TRIO Fertility has a team of world-renowned physicians with a mindset for innovation and research. TRIO Fertility provides patients with more resources, including access to a greater number of physicians, nursing staff, a large clinic with many additional satellite locations to better service our patients.
TRIO Fertilityis seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team on a 1-year contract, with the opportunity to be extended. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical services to healthcare professionals and institutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a proven track record in the medical sales industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products in the market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell our services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Continuously update knowledge of our products, medical procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Previous experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar sales role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Workweek and Schedule: This position is part-time, with a workweek of 30 hours. The specific work schedule will be determined in consultation with the successful candidate and may include weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends.
