Manufacturing Operator - Day Shift

In this role you will:

• Perform general maintenance of machinery
• Work closely with the Manager and Supervisor to anticipate, resolve, and meet production demands in real time
• Work a two week alternating shift of Wednesday - Saturday/Thursday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:10 PM
• Compound or process ingredients according to formulas in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Take samples of materials or products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Perform troubleshooting during production

You have:

• The ability to work well on your own or co-operatively based off the needs of the business
• The ability to demonstrate safely working in a physically demanding environment where lifting up to 50lbs is a common occurrence
• A keen focus on the little things and an understanding of the importance of attention to detail. You understand that no one thing can be overlooked, and there is no such thing as sacrificing quality
• A cooperative, positive, and willing attitude all while keeping good communication and behaviour with co-workers and management
• Mechanical experience and a mathematical inclination
