Job Description

Leading a crew of machine operators on our night shift, you will guide and direct coworkers to produce high quality water works components.


You already have a background in CNC machining and manufacturing leadership, you will be the 'go to' person on our night shift. All concerns with quality, production, time and attendance, staffing and performance will flow through your hands.


You have experience with lean manufacturing (TPS, World Class Manufacturing, Six Sigma) and may have learned the supervisory craft at an automotive manufacturer. Your experience with gauging, machining and assembly, paired with a knack for reaching production goals will lead you to great success in this role.


Our compensation for this role begins with a solid base (over $75k annually), includes Company paid benefits (health and dental), opportunities for overtime and a matching RRSP / Pension plan.
