**Machine Builder and Team Organizer**

Responsibilities and Qualifications


As a Machine Builder in our plant, you will be responsible for assembling state-of-the-art machines based on CAD images or prints. While a general skillset is required initially, you will have opportunities to specialize and enhance your expertise over time. The following tasks and skills are considered advantageous for this role:


- Mechanical assembly, handling both small components and large machines.

- Interpreting CAD images and translating them into tangible products.

- Troubleshooting machinery, adeptly identifying issues and devising effective solutions.

- Basic machining skills (manual mill, lathe, grinder, etc.).

  • CNC Programming with Fusion 360 considered an asset

- Minor welding capabilities.

- Competence in control panel wiring.

- Experience in component testing and sourcing.

- Maintaining stock and inventory management.

- Active participation in machine design improvement sessions.

- Implementing "Lean style efficiencies" to enhance shop processes.

- Being prepared for occasional extended working hours to meet project demands.
