JMJ Evolution is searching for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a permanent position in Dorval.

Tasks:

• Coordinate with service providers as required;
• Work with and support customer requirements;
• Operate logistics equipment as directed;
• Support, cooperate, and communicate with all colleagues;
• Process storage and pulling of material;
• Receiving and Shipping of mainly aircraft material as per described procedures;
• Input data in an electronic data processing system in keeping with procedures;
• Proactively work to resolve discrepancies as they occur;
• Perform record keeping and filing as needed.
• Recognize the significance of required airworthiness certificates for aircraft material and properly apply associated regulatory requirements;
• Physical handling of material, including opening packages and performing the packaging process;

Requirements:

• High-stress levels
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Communication skills

• College degree (an asset)
• 1-year experience in aviation logistics with experience in handling aviation material (desirable)
• Good user of Microsoft Office

• Language: English required and French (desirable)
• High school diploma required
• Constant time pressure
• Willingness to work Overtime / Shifts and on Weekends / Holidays if required
• Willingness to travel (mainly for training)
