What does our Logistics and Planning Coordinator do?


This role is operation support in Brand Standards Business. The primary focus of the team is to ensure efficient Operations and quality of life for Specialists by managing staffing levels, client round spread, Specialists route and client certification assignment, the Specialist incentive program, and revenue.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following


  • Maintain the capacity utilization model to identify current staffing needs based on routes, client round spread, historical performance, and projected work per District.
  • Support Leadership with reports and recommendations as needed.
  • Provide District/Regional Managers with route and client certification recommendations to ensure Specialists are fully utilized and productive.
  • Implement and maintain scheduling software to ensure return on investment and maximize Specialists efficiency.
  • Analyze historical and projected revenue patterns to provide recommendations to Operations Management.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for all new planning software implementations.
  • Support business units within Brand Standards, such as Business Development and Account Management, with Demonstration Audit requests, projected number of Specialists on proposed accounts, scope changes impacting scheduling, data for presentations, RFPs and other needs.
  • Identify potential upgrades to current business and system processes in order to maximize efficiencies.
  • Use a People First approach when assisting Specialists with schedule changes and client requests to minimize disruptions and prevent down time. Provide tools to Specialists for efficient scheduling.
  • Coordinate training locations for client specific certifications and NARs.
  • Maintain routes for current Specialists and create routes for new hires based on geography and certifications.
  • Lead weekly Ops call with Managers
  • Assign Specialists to new programs/certifications.
  • Monitor and ensure audits are completed within round dates and scheduled evenly throughout the established rounds, through assist trips as necessary.
  • Work order generation.
  • Provide productivity and certifications data for Performance Management.


What do you need?


  • 2+ years of Auditing and quality experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • High School Diploma Required
