Licenced, Experienced Condominium Property Manager – Huron Shores Property Management
Huron Shores Property Management is a full-service condominium corporation and townhome management company overseeing condos of various sizes throughout Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent. We service condo communities and corporations through their board of directors, ensuring that all complexes are well cared for.
What qualifies YOU for this position?
*Must hold a General Licence from the CMRAO
* Two years plus condo management experience is required
• Detailed oriented
• Exceptional customer service skills and de-escalation techniques
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Superior problem-solving skills
• Must have your own vehicle with proper insurance for local travel
• Preference for those with experience in property management (2 years+)
What will your SPECIFIC duties be?
Our full-time property managers will be trained to take on a series of condominium corporations and townhome associations in our region, including:
• Taking care of monthly board meetings
• Minute taking
• Presentation of financials
• Facilitation of resident concerns and complaints
• Execution of Board of Directors’ decisions
• Oversight of the request for proposal process for quoting and coordination for maintenance issues
What can you EXPECT from our company in this role?
• Annual salary of $50,000-$60,000

• Work Location: In person (Windsor, Ontario)
• Some dinner-time meetings are required with the condo board (sometimes in person and sometimes over Zoom)
