- Job type: Full-Time | Temporary
- Shifts: Monday - Friday | 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Location: Regina, SK

- Stay updated on the commission's policies and procedures
- Prepare letters, documents, and other materials based on given instructions or precedents
- Provide general information to the public and clients
- Conduct interviews to assess financial and service eligibility
- Utilize shorthand or dictation machines to transcribe documents on a computer
- Schedule appointments for professional staff and escalate unusual situations to supervisors
- Manage client files, filing systems, and databases
- Perform various clerical tasks, including mail handling and statistical record maintenance
- Fulfill other related administrative support, accounting, or computer-related tasks as assigned
- Handle phone calls, in-person inquiries, and message relay
- Minimum of one year of Legal administrative experience is necessary for this role
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
- Proficiency in operating switchboard equipment, typing, word processing, and transcribing from dictating machines
- High school graduation and one year of relevant post-secondary education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
