Lead Construction Hand Jobs

We are looking for a responsible Lead Hand with the following qualities

Duties:

-Must have experience working on the tools

- Oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans and schedules

- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

- Supervise and provide guidance to construction workers on-site

- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control standards

- Effective communication and leadership abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines

Salary: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
