What You'll Be Doing As a Landscaping Foreman

• Travel within Washington Co in Pennsylvania to different work sites.
• Follow OSHA guidelines, Ensure proper PPE is worn and used correctly.
• Leading a team of 1-5 individuals to complete construction jobs and tasks as expected per customer and company specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed in the alotted timeframe and quality standards are upheld
• Ability to work safely and enforce safety expectations of the alotted crew.

Job Requirements

• This is a position where you will be customer facing and may have to communicate with the customer about their needs and requests.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, carry items, bend. stoop, kneel, climb ladders, spend long periods standing, and work in the elements.
• Time management skills
• Ability to Multitask
• Ability to use landscaping equipment
• Resume highlighting previous experience with references
• Ability to successfully lead a team, have people skills, customer service skills.
• Able to measure, perform basic math as well as use formulas to ensure specifications are met.
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Highly Motivated skilled laborer needed with leadership skills, a can-do attitude, and experience with Concrete, Building retaining walls, Carpentry, and General construction are a must to be considered for this role
• Must have a valid G license
• Previous experience working with Concrete, Building and repair of retaining walls, Carpentry skills, Construction knowledge.
