Junior Sales Representative - Fire Alarm Systems

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Sales Representative with 3-5 years of experience to contribute to our dynamic team in the GTA.

Position Overview: The Junior Sales Representative will play a critical role in expanding Maple Armor Group's market presence. They will seek out and cultivate relationships, represent our industry-leading solutions, and provide exceptional service to foster growth.

Responsibilities:

• Industry Awareness: Stay informed of industry developments to ensure alignment with current trends and opportunities.
• Market Growth: Build new relationships through sales events, trade exhibitions, professional networking, and direct sales efforts. Collaborate on sales strategies and create plans to engage potential clients.
• Client Education: Educate potential customers and engineers about our products and industry trends.
• Training Support: Assist in delivering training on technology, products, sales skills, and other relevant topics.
• Site Visits: Travel to project sites to observe and discuss installation procedures and best practices with contractors.
• Strategic Intelligence: Actively gather market insights, uncover growth opportunities, and convert potential leads into sales wins.

Qualifications:

• Willing to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight and air travel.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
• 3-5 years of work experience in the Fire/Security industry or related fields.
• Comfortable with PC-based applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• CFAA certification is a plus.
• A valid and clean “G” driver's license is required.
• Technical ability to review and discuss project plans.
• Self-driven attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Post-secondary education or comparable experience.
