Job Description
SyS Creations, a leading tech company, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s computer systems and ensuring they are running efficiently. You will provide technical support to employees, manage projects, and maintain and update software and hardware systems. The successful candidate will have a passion for all things IT and be a natural problem solver, able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.


Responsibilities


  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT department
  • Provide technical support to employees and ensure all hardware and software is up to date and functioning properly
  • Support project management activities for IT-related projects
  • Manage the acquisition and deployment of new hardware and software systems
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve the company's IT infrastructure and operations
  • Ensure data security and system backups are in place and functioning properly
  • Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures and standards


Requirements


  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or related role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience with budget management and cost analysis
