The IT security Analyst they seek will have the following responsibilities

Role And Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of security assessments
• Look after current security solutions, identify and resolve security breaches
• Conduct vulnerability audits, and monitor networks for security issues
• Maintain awareness of IT security developments, and recommend security enhancements
• Coordinate security changes with technical support and application support
• Participate in Implementing new security measures
• Collaborate on enterprise security architecture planning

Qualifications

• Conduct research into IT security issues and a variety of security products
• Proficiency with various security tools and frameworks and windows and linux operating systems
• Superior interpersonal, problem solving and proactivity skills
• Experience with SIEM software, as well as networks such as TCP/IP and Firewalls
• Certification such as CISA, CCFP, CCSP, CISSP, CISM would be an asset
• Compliance with regulations and policies
• Computer Science degree or Computer Technology degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years IT IT security experience in a medium to large scale operation
