Inventory Clerk/Parts Runner

Bobcat & Doosan of the Peace (a division of Rentco Equipment Ltd). is a fast-paced local company that has been servicing Grande Prairie and the Peace Country for 60 years. We are a full-line Bobcat dealership as well as the dealership for Doosan Heavy equipment and forklifts.
We are currently hiring full-time Inventory Clerk/Parts Runner to join our branch. As the Inventory Clerk/Parts Runner, you are responsible for: Ordering and receiving Bobcat orders Pulling parts orders for customers and mechanics Arranging for, receiving, pulling, invoicing, and shipping parts transfers between stores Efficiently picking up and delivering parts and equipment within the Grande Prairie area Completing monthly inventory counts Completing inventory spot checks and re-binning stock as necessary Assisting Parts with billing parts to Work Orders Assisting with POs Answering a multi-line phone system, responding to inquiries, and directing inquiries to appropriate departments and individuals Cleaning and organizing shelves and bins You have the following skills and experience: Previous inventory experience Clean Class 5 licence with own insurance for 3 years Superior attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and work independently Superior organization and time management skills Intermediate computer skills Bobcat of the Peace offers: Competitive wages Comprehensive benefits RRSP/DPSP program Stable, year-round work with great hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and a Saturday rotation from 8am to 12pm) Employee Discount and free rentals Promote from within policy
