What You’ll Do

• Research, draft, and edit clear and concise internal communications for multiple audiences including employee news articles, leadership messages, PowerPoint presentations, emails, announcements, program/project correspondence, and other organization-wide communication pieces
• Measure and analyze communication success metrics to improve communications performance
• Ensure that all internal communications are delivered by the company branding and voice
• Manage content for Product Support’s internal collaboration portal & Intranet, SAP Work Zone
• Come up with creative ideas for holding virtual events that are informative and engaging
• Curate content, manage, deliver, and track our monthly and quarterly newsletters, sent to all employees in the organization
• Manage multiple email mailboxes, distribution lists, and global calendars
• Educate other communicators on the basics of blogging, e-newsletter creation, SAP Work Zone (SAP’s intranet), video production, basics of design, PowerPoint presentations, and more
• Create captivating promotional materials, such as digital banners, social media posts, videos, and more, to promote various employee engagement events

What You Bring

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills to engage employees across different regions, countries, lines of business, and cultures.
• A bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in the tech industry is an asset
• Eye for design: Basic understanding and creative eye for graphic design, turning ideas and concepts into visually effective collateral.
• Openness to learn: Not only receptive to feedback and suggestions but also willing to ask for feedback
• Organized, detail-oriented, and can manage time effectively with top-notch prioritization skills.

The successful candidate will be working within the Communications team in the Product Support Executive Office. This team focuses on the “people side” of the organization, including employee engagement, change management, learning & development, and other people topics. The Global Product Support is roughly 3000 individuals committed to the success of our customers through outstanding technical support. We actively investigate customer issues by mastering diverse technologies and by working intensively with the products we offer. We measure our success by customer satisfaction.
