As a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by providing expert guidance and personalized insurance solutions to our clients. You will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, recommend suitable coverage’s and policies, and ensure they are adequately protected against potential risks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements, including property, liability, auto, and other relevant areas of coverage.
- Identify and analyze clients' risks and provide personalized insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Educate clients about various insurance options, policy terms, and coverage details.
- Present insurance proposals, explain policy features, and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing all inquiries from billing to claims-related matters.
- Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and product updates.
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives to expand our client base.
- Work in a team environment, contributing to the overall success of the team
Requirements:
- OTL or RIBO license
- Proven experience as a Property and Casualty Insurance Advisor or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively explain complex insurance concepts.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to handle all inquiries from billing to claims efficiently.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
