Plasman , Windsor 1 Manufacturing is currently seeking a new member to join our team as an:

Injection Mold Process Manager

The Injection Mold Process Manager will manage, co-ordinate and assist in the activities of the Technical Department at Plasman, Windsor 1 and Windsor 3 Manufacturing.

The Role

• Manage day to day Technical Team performance in support of Plant Operations
• Develop technical department goals in support of Plant Operations strategic direction.
• Manage Technical department improvement activities in support of Plant Operations
• Develop, review, roll out and continuously improve all technical department work instructions, processes and procedures, training plans, and competency checks for all team members reporting into the department.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules for the Technical team.
• Develop, manage and report out Key Process Indicators for the Technical department.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Preference will be given to those with injection molding management experience
• Must have 10+ years' experience in a leadership role, within a manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge of mold design, injection processes and mold structure
• BS Degree, Related in Mechanical Engineering, Mold Technology, or equivalent combination of work experience, training, and industry experience
