Job Description
Development, integration , test , troubleshooting of the following aircraft systems:


  • Show compliance to 14CFR part 25FAA, TCCA and EASA certification requirements. Write, conduct or witness development and certification tests on aircraft and/or rigs. Liaise with certifying authorities and/or support their delegates in achieving system certification.
  • Analyze ground and flight test data to verify system performance and functionality
  • Familiarity with Datalink functions like AOC, ADS-C, CPDLC, ATN, D-ATIS
  • Work with suppliers and internal customers to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve aircraft build or test issues. Review and analyze test results. Manage, review and approve the deliverables of the Avionic system suppliers.
  • Support internal (PDR, CDR) and external design reviews as well as program reviews
  • Aircraft navigation and datalink system
  • Working knowledge of system safety processes like FHA, SSA, FTA(ARP4761) (Fault tree analysis – means of analyze and asses failure modes)
  • Familiarity with FMS functions like Graphic flight planning, perf, TOLD, RNAV, RNP)
  • Integrated avionics and flight deck systems
  • Familiar with RTCA DO-160, DO-178 and DO-254 standards. Conduct and support ARP4754 system and aircraft verification and Validations.
  • Familiarity with Civil Navigation (e.g. DO-236, DO-229 and or DO-283)
