Job Description

Our client is a leading Non-Profit company in Greater Vancouver - They are looking for a new IT Support Manager to join their team. If you think this sounds like you, please apply!

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows and PowerApps applications
  • Managing Microsoft 365 environments, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
  • Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft dataverse systems
  • Participating in the design and development of web-based solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Tailwind, and other web development frameworks
  • Integrating Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions with other business systems & Apps
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and develop business process automation opportunities


Skill Requirements

  • Knowledge of Azure services and cloud computing is a plus
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate and the Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power BI
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, or other web development technologies
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft dataverse systems
