We're looking for an Industrial Electrician in Toronto, Ontario! With a payrate of $37.67/hour, you'll excel in this role by using your technical skills as an Industrial Electrician to keep our production process efficient, safe, and continually upgraded.
As an Industrial Electrician, you'll be responsible for the maximizing plant performance and maintaining the electrical systems in our manufacturing facility. Our client is a Canadian-owned company and is a pioneer and leader in global roofing and related products.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.
• Plan and oversee testing and calibration of electrical and electronic equipment and tools on a scheduled basis.
• Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and fuse disconnects.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Licensed Industrial Electrician 442A
• Knowledge of AC/DC Drives, Relay Logic, RS Logix 500 and control Logix programming is preferred.
