Job Description
Our role of Immigration consultant And lawyer are designed to have following daily duties:
1. Filing, researching, and analyzing ATIP requests to obtain the information clients need.
2. Analyzing the Canada Immigration Program, employer sponsorship, and business visa options through email, phone, related parties, authorizations, ATIP data, and seminars. work to find the best fit for company specific tasks.
3. Examining refusal cases to identify potential areas for improvement and prevent future refusals.
4. Providing supervision and guidance to case workers as they prepare cases for submission alongside our team of lawyers and consultants. We will ensure that clients' case are complete and compelling, increasing chances of success.
5. Writing a weekly column that provides insights into the Canadian immigration system and offers practical advice for those seeking to immigrate to Canada.
