Job Description
Responsibilities


  • It is your responsibility to carry out all diagnostic and repair work effectively and efficiently, in accordance with corporate standards and our value offer.
  • It is your responsibility to maintain your car equipped with everything you need to carry out your daily tasks.
  • In our Home Services Operations department, you are in charge of maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.
  • Promotes the goods and services of Enercare Home Services.
  • In order to maintain the company's professional image, the driver is responsible for keeping the car clean and orderly both inside and out.
  • Responsible for providing high standards of customer service excellence.
  • Accountable for giving clients the best guidance on maintaining or replacing equipment
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all tools and equipment are in proper, safe functioning condition.


Qualification


  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • Must have CFC Permit (ozone depletion)
  • Must have a valid driver's license with clean driver's abstract maintained
  • Must have the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment related to servicing HVAC equipment
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years recent relevant HVAC industry field experience
  • Must be physically able to perform heavy lifting as per the Physical Demands Analysis (to be provided)
  • Must have a valid Gas Fitter 2 or Gas Fitter 1 license
  • Must have a valid 313D Air Conditioning license
