We are looking for honest, reliable, and hard-working housekeeping support agents to keep DSO running smoothly! We rely on our house person to support the housekeeping staff, so they are fully supplied and can work efficiently. This ensures that each guest’s experience is of the highest quality!

What You’ll Do

• Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
• Assist with laundry as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks different
• Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
• Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training
• Identify and note any damages to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary
• Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics
• Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
• Professionally clean and maintain DSO properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards
• Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for
• Collect and remove trash and debris

The Skills You’ll Need And Position Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
• Attention to detail
• No experience required, we're happy to train you!
