Pay Rate

The pay rate for this job is $17 / hour

What You'll Be Doing As a Housekeeper

• Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.
• Delivers and retrieves items on loan to guests e.g., iron and ironing boards.
• Maintains work area and equipment according to hotel standards.
• The Room Attendant cleans and services guest rooms and bathrooms under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or the Executive Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
• Performs rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required.
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction.
• Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
• The Room Attendant is responsible for promoting a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly, as well as able to address guest requests and problems.
• Makes the bed(s) according to hotel standards

Job Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to frequently bend, reach, balance, and push or lift 20 pounds during shift
• Previous housekeeping experience highly preferred
