Job Description
The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for determining the approximate costs of various electrical installations for high rise residential projects.
Responsibilities:
• Experience leading in the preparation of electrical proposals and estimates.
• Review drawings and tender documents to understand the scope of work and submission requirements.
• Organize sub-contractor quotes when the bid is successful.
• Preparing estimates for ICI projects throughout the GTA.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years as an estimator focused on high rise residential or mixed used towers.
• Corresponding with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a thorough execution on each project.
• Proven ability to complete full quantity take-off.
