Position Overview:

Troubleshoot complex boiler problems and develop effective solutions to ensure long-term functionality.
Keep detailed records of all service visits, repairs, and installations for documentation and future reference.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
Maintain a neat and organized work area, both on-site and in the service vehicle.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
