The successful applicant is required to know, love, and enjoy Baseball.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer to join our team. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for leading a team of game developers, artists, and designers to create engaging and innovative mobile games that leverage cutting-edge web3 technology to build the next generation web3 Sports game.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all external Vendors and resources to execute on the project.
• Provide feedback and guidance to team members to ensure that they are meeting their goals and delivering high-quality work.
• Manage the production pipeline from concept to release, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task management.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to ensure that game mechanics and visual assets meet high-quality standards.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, goals, and challenges.
• Track project performance and create reports to present to senior management.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, and share this knowledge with the team.
• Establish and maintain relationships with top Vendors in the video game industry.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mobile game development and experience with Web3 technologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 3 shipped titles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, developers, and QA testers.
• Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expert knowledge of sports, especially Baseball.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
