Roles and responsibilities are below :

Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)

Assign sales workers to duties

Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Authorize payments by cheque

Order merchandise

Authorize return of merchandise

Establish work schedules

Sell merchandise

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Organize and maintain inventory

Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

In addition to above responsibilities, you will also be performing below tasks.

The head cashier will be talking with other retail business to take orders, and manage employees to prepare, package and deliver the orders. In addition to that, head cashier will act as wholesale buyer as well, where he/she is responsible to talking to wholesale vendors for contract and price negotiation, managing the payments, and talking to retail business for product sales.

Education : Bachelors Degree(Required)

Qualification : Sales Experience.

Skill requirements: Has experience in sales management / retail / wholesale management.

Language : Should be able to communicate in English

Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years
