What will your days be like at Logibec?
We are looking for a Project Manager with strong client relationship management skills to join our Montreal team. Reporting to the Director, Program Management, the Project Manager will be responsible for the contract execution phase within the Strategy and Operations group. The Project Manager will work with the various teams to implement the contract management structure while ensuring compliance with the contractual framework and corporate objectives.
The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing internal projects within the Strategy and Operations group.
How will your contributions be showcased?

• Manage internal projects within the strategy and operations group.
• Contract customer relationship management
• Ensure a healthy communication with the teams and departments involved in Logibec in order to mitigate risks and measure the progress of projects and objectives.
• Prepare and present various follow-up reports to agents, management and various committees such as change requests, risks, outstanding items, decisions and deliverables.
• Operationalize large contracts by putting in place the governance and contract management structures.
• Monitor and resolve issues to ensure objectives are met within the teams.
• Prepare, coordinate and facilitate various meetings in order to measure the progress of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Autonomy in managing projects;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (asset).
• Ability to escalate project issues to all levels of organizations;
• Knowledge of the health sector (asset);
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary tasks;
• Strong contractual rigor;
• General project management background;
• Experience in project management (3-5 years);
• Strong negotiator and comfortable dealing with sensitive situations;
• Strong customer focus;
• Ability to build relationships - Natural ability to connect with others and open doors, proven personally and professionally;
