Food And Beverage Host

A Food and Beverage Host is responsible for Guest satisfaction through the delivery of our complimentary breakfast.

What will I be doing?

A Food and Beverage Host will also be required to work in all areas of Food and Beverage and strive to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Thoroughly clean and set up for the next day.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Prepare, maintain and serve the daily complimentary breakfast
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas
• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Be environmentally aware
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain public areas
• Comply with local licensing laws
• Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Conference and Events
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
