Fleet Performance Specialist Jobs

With a fleet of over 800 drivers and bicycle couriers, we are the largest same-day courier and offer a wide range of services that includes warehousing and distribution services, same-day delivery, fleet outsourcing, intercity, and medical delivery. We have created a fully integrated delivery system that utilizes the most advanced dispatch software, and bar-code scanning systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and COVID friendly, safe work environment;
• Ensuring safety of the drivers, and customers/receivers;
• Work Standards - Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
• Have a flexible weekly availability of at least 5 days
• Escalate special cases/concerns to the Regional Managers/Operations Analyst;
• Planning, monitoring, tracking and supporting drivers on the road to ensure optimum delivery performance while maintaining efficient communication always.
• Proficient, clear, calm communication is essential;
• General management of KPI metrics;

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a similar role would be an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel with proven experience in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong knowledge of emergency processes and procedures.
