POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will report to the Fleet Supervisor and support the Fleet Department.
Will work with Fleet and Operations to track and reconcile equipment inventory. Successful multitasking and prioritizing required. Attention to due diligence documentation to support all processes as they relate to the Fleet Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain fleet software to ensure accuracy of fleet inventory.
· Communicate with Operations to support equipment change process including preparing equipment for sale and onboarding new assets.
· Maintain Fleet tracking software including inventory, reporting and auditing.
· Support implementation of enhancements of fleet monitoring software.
· Liaise with vendors for invoice reconciliation.
· Organize licensing for company assets and maintaining database
· Project monitoring
· Prepare training documents to support Fleet Department technical bulletins, updates and publications
· Support Fleet Department with various projects and initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· 5+ years experience in an administrative/support role.
· Experience working in a Fleet/Maintenance Department is an asset.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Demonstrated drive, persistence & initiative.
· Proven planning, organizational, time and management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, data analysis, trend analysis, etc.
· Proficiency in other MS Office tools
· Experience with Samsara Fleet Software is an asset.
