What you will do:

  • Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
  • Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
  • Work with Captain to ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
  • Act as the First Officer on the Learjet 45 aircraft in Toronto
  • Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required
  • Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience

What you bring:

  • A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Transport Canada Medical
  • Minimum of 1500 hours total flight time
  • Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
  • Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
  • Minimum 500 hours PIC in a multi-engine aircraft (turbine time preferred)
  • Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IATRA
  • Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
  • Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs
  • Canadian Radio Telephone License
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs
  • Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
  • A University degree or College diploma in Aviation preferred
  • Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
