Finance/Economics New Grad Role (Advanced Excel)

Our client, one of the leaders in the investment management industry, is looking to hire an Operations Specialist to help support their corporate office downtown Toronto on a fully remote (work from home) basis.

This person is supporting daily reconciliation of client holdings. Once that's complete, they can give recommendations and work on process improvements. The work is Microsoft Excel based, They basically have to confirm that two systems have matching records. Simple Example: System 1 says client a has 100 dollars in their account, does system B match? They have tools they built already but want someone with Microsoft Excel skills so they can debug if needed.

Must Have Experience/Knowledge:

1) Microsoft Excel Experience: Intermediate level. Need v-look ups and pivot

tables. No macro's needed. Will be tested on this in an interview.

2) Strong written and

verbal communication skills (English)
