Field Service Technician Jobs

Insight Global is looking for an IT technician to support a large retail client for a contract spanning anywhere from 4 weeks - 4 months. The ideal candidate would have an IT background working with hardware and software setups. They should have a basic understanding of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment. They will also be responsible for the unpackaging and repackaging of the equipment that will be shipped to the client once configured by the networking team.

Must Have Skills:

· 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

· Strong ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the user community

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Applies good knowledge of processes and resources required to perform analytical and technical tasks on PC systems
