Your Role:
Do you enjoy solving technical problems and explaining them to customers? Are you someone who enjoys the independence of working in multiple workplaces? We have the right job for you! You will spend most of your time responding to scheduled and emergency field calls to repair tooling and resolve production issues.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the customer’s first contact with Atlas Copco and an ambassador for our brand, responsiveness to customer demands, and accurate service record keeping are important attributes for this position.

• Your role will involve travel to customer sites within your region (90%) and travel outside your region (10%). You will be located in the Montreal or Laval area.
• Your main responsibility will be to perform routine service, fix breakdowns, identify faults, and perform major overhauls on our customer’s Atlas Copco equipment.

Salary of Role:

• $25.00 to $30.00 per Hour Canadian

To Succeed, You Will Need:

• Sales and product promotion/demonstration experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing/production or assembly plant working conditions is desirable
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Speaking French and English (Verbal and Written) is required
• Degree in Engineering is required
• Valid driver‘s licence
• Experience in calibrations and assembly tooling
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working on pneumatic and DC power tooling in a production environment or equivalent experience
• IT experience with networking or databases
• Flexible responsiveness to customer production demands which involves working outside normal working hours
