What You'll Do


You bring superb technical acumen, can-do-attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding on-site customer service. As a Systems Technician at Moneris, you are a dedicated front-line team member that oversees field operations and focuses on installing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and/or replacing electronic devices. Your strong organizational and time-management abilities allow you to always deliver an outstanding experience to our merchants.


  • Efficiently troubleshoot problems related to various equipment and peripherals such as computers, printers, networks, cash registers and points-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain organization of tools, equipment, materials, the company vehicle and the workplace.
  • Install computers, printers, cash registers and points-of-sale systems and upgrade software as required.
  • Build great relationships with our merchants by maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
  • Analyze problems and make recommendations to root causes and corrective actions and always ensure that our merchants are satisfied with the issue resolution.


Who You Are


Must-have experience, knowledge, skills & abilities


  • Post-secondary certificate in electronics, information technology or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution

  • Ability to communicate in French, both written and spoken.
